For tech people who want their work to mean more

your day job pays the bills. Let’s feed the soul.

We can all do something.

"Do Something" by Indi Anderson

WHY GIVEGIG EXISTS

The job pays the bills.

It stopped feeding the

soul.

After COVID, the tech workers we place kept telling us the

same thing: the career that once gave them meaning had

gone quiet. The drive to make an impact hadn't gone

anywhere. It just didn't fit inside the day job anymore.

So we built somewhere for it to go. Our clients make it

possible for Bespoke to set aside a share of what we earn to

fund these programs.

We'd love to call it pure altruism. Honestly?

Everyone who helps gets a lot out of it, us included.

WHERE GIGS COME FROM

Three ways a gig gets made

Every gig has guardrails. That's what keeps them small enough to finish and clean enough to feel good about.

01 · Intern-led programs

Causes our interns care about

We hire interns to build and run volunteer programs around causes that genuinely move them.

The rule: non-political and non-divisive. Causes anyone can get behind.

02 · Nonprofit requests

A specific tech ask, cleanly scoped

Nonprofits bring us a project that needs a particular tech skill set. We find the right person to take it on.

The rule: clearly defined, limited in scope, and under 20 hours of work.

03 · Pro bono tech

Tech companies giving their product

Tech organizations that want to offer their technology pro bono can work with us to put it in the right hands.

The rule: purely pro bono, never a sales play. Mentioning your pro bono work is fine.
